90-Day Return Window

Returns are accepted within 90 days of the purchase date. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If the product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return label or replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products received more than 90 days after the purchase date.

  • Products not in original or resellable condition, including but not limited to items that are damaged, used, missing hardware, or altered in any way.

  • Products purchased on clearance, closeout, or otherwise listed as non-returnable items.

  • Products designated as special order.

  • Products purchased as part of a kit or package, unless the complete kit is returned.

Non-Returnable Freight Items

Items requiring freight shipping are not eligible for return shipping. However, these items may be returned in person at our shop location:

Refund Process

  • Refund amounts are based on the value of the merchandise at purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition, including missing parts or damaged packaging.

Returns Due to Error or Defects

We take great care in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. If your order is incorrect, damaged, or defective:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team at support@deckdeals.shop or (402) 817-3202.

  • Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.

  • DeckDeals.shop will cover the cost of return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund, including original shipping fees.

How to Initiate a Return

    • If you do not have an account, you may need to create one using the email address associated with your purchase.

    • Select the item(s) you want to return and follow the prompts to initiate a return request.

    • Provide a detailed reason for the return, and, if applicable, upload photos of any damage or defects.

  4. Follow Return Instructions

    • If your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product(s) back to us.

  5. Ship Your Return

    • Use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance. DeckDeals.shop is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a DeckDeals.shop error or a defective product.

  • Refunds for items shipped back without proper authorization may be delayed or denied.

  • For products returned in less than original condition, including missing parts or damaged packaging, partial refunds may be issued at DeckDeals.shop’s discretion.
